Summary

This study tests a program called Full-SPARCS for 400 people with HIV who are leaving prison in South Africa. The program uses peer support and structured antiretroviral therapy to help them stay in care and keep the virus under control. Researchers will compare this approach to usual care to see if it improves viral suppression and is cost-effective.
