Teens texting teens to kick the vaping habit
NCT ID NCT05140915
Summary
This study tested a new mobile app called Vaper-to-Vaper (V2V) designed to help high school students quit using e-cigarettes. The program used peer texting, coaching, and game-like features to teach teens strategies to manage cravings and quit vaping. Researchers worked with 71 students to see if the app was easy to use and acceptable, and to check if it showed promise for helping teens quit.
