Stroke survivors help each other heal in new coaching study

Summary

This study tests whether having a trained peer coach (another stroke survivor) can improve well-being and quality of life after a stroke. About 20 participants will either receive coaching sessions or deliver them as coaches. Researchers will measure mental health, hope, and daily functioning to see if the program is helpful and practical.
