NCT ID NCT07472894
Summary
This study aims to see if a special peer-mentoring program can help prevent anxiety and depression in healthy adolescents and young adults (ages 12-25). Researchers will compare a new AI-guided mentoring program against standard mentoring and basic health education. The goal is to teach better stress management and social skills to reduce the risk of developing these mental health conditions.
