Summary
This study is testing a new mental health recovery program that is co-led by a trained peer (someone who has personal experience with mental illness) and a professional. It aims to see if this type of program is practical and helpful for people in Taiwan. The study will measure changes in participants' recovery, self-confidence, social support, and other aspects of well-being.
