NCT ID NCT06408493
Summary
This study tested whether a digital lifestyle program led by trained community peers could help low-income adults at risk for heart disease. 63 participants either joined the 8-week peer-led program or received standard printed health advice. Researchers measured changes in participants' knowledge, lifestyle habits, and heart disease risk factors like blood pressure and cholesterol over several months.
