NCT ID NCT06966661
Summary
This study tested different ways to help college students manage their weight and improve their mood over six months. Researchers compared basic health tips with two enhanced programs: one added peer mentor meetings and chat groups, while the other used a custom app with lessons and expert Q&A. They measured changes in weight, depression, and anxiety to see which approach worked best for students.
