New scan technique aims to sharpen diagnosis for sick kids
NCT ID NCT07113808
Summary
This study is testing whether a special type of ultrasound, which uses a safe contrast agent, can help doctors more accurately diagnose abdominal issues in children. It involves children from 29 days to 18 years old who have suspected tumors, injuries, or unexplained fluid in the abdomen. Researchers will perform the scans and track symptoms to see how well the method works and how to do it safely and consistently.
