NCT ID NCT05323188

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study aims to establish normal blood tryptase levels for children from birth to age 18. Researchers will use leftover blood samples from 402 children already having routine blood tests during surgery. Knowing these normal ranges could help doctors diagnose mast cell diseases like mastocytosis and MCAS earlier and more accurately.
