Tracking 5000 kids to unlock secrets of safer cancer radiation

Summary
This study is creating a national registry to track children and young adults (under 22) who receive radiation therapy for cancer. It aims to compare the long-term health outcomes and side effects between newer proton therapy and traditional photon therapy by following participants' health for life. The goal is to gather real-world evidence to help doctors understand which treatments work best with fewer complications over time.
