Summary

This small study looks at whether a 6-month family-focused weight management program can improve thinking skills (like focus and self-control) and weight in teens ages 13-17 who are overweight or have obesity. Ten teens and their caregivers will attend group sessions and complete tests before and after the program. The goal is to learn how the program affects both brain function and health behaviors.
