Summary

This study tests whether giving fluids during surgery based on each child's heart function can lower the risk of temporary stroke-like episodes after Moyamoya disease surgery. About 94 children under 18 will be randomly assigned to either personalized fluid management or standard blood pressure care. The goal is to see if the personalized approach leads to fewer brain events during recovery.
