New study tests two drugs to ease Kids' migraines

Summary

This study compares two medicines, flunarizine and propranolol, to see which works better at reducing migraine attacks in children aged 8 to 15. The goal is to lower the number of migraines and improve daily life. About 44 children with frequent migraines will take one of the two drugs for a set time, and their progress will be tracked using a special disability score.
