Summary
This study tested two ultrasound-guided nerve blocks to manage pain after hip surgery in 60 children aged 1 to 6 years. The goal was to see which block better reduces the need for morphine and improves pain scores. Both blocks aim to provide safer, more effective pain relief with fewer side effects.
