First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at how well oral immunotherapy (eating small, increasing amounts of peanut protein) works for people with peanut allergy. About 500 participants aged 6 months to 65 years will be followed for two years to see if they can tolerate a daily maintenance dose of 300 mg peanut protein without symptoms. The study also measures changes in quality of life using a standard questionnaire.
