Summary
This study is testing a program called PEACE, where specially trained paramedics visit people with COPD at home when their symptoms suddenly get worse. The goal is to provide early care and avoid trips to the emergency room or hospital. The study will enroll 50 adults with moderate to severe COPD to see if the program is practical and helpful.
