Vaccine before surgery shows promise against aggressive bowel cancer

Summary
This study tests a vaccine called PD1-Vaxx given before surgery for people with a specific type of colorectal cancer (MSI-high). The goal is to see if the vaccine can shrink or eliminate the tumor before it is removed. 44 participants will receive three doses of the vaccine before their scheduled surgery and will be followed for at least two years.
