Summary

This study tests a vaccine called PD1-Vaxx given before surgery to people with a specific type of colorectal cancer (MSI-high). The goal is to see if the vaccine can shrink the tumor or even make it disappear before the operation. About 44 participants will receive three doses of the vaccine, then have surgery, and be followed for at least two years.
