Experimental cell therapy tested in advanced cancer patients
NCT ID NCT04050709
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new cell therapy called PD-L1 t-haNK in adults with advanced solid cancers that have spread or can't be surgically removed. The main goals are to find the safest dose and check for side effects in a small group of 16 participants who have already tried at least one other treatment. This is a first-step study to gather basic safety information before larger trials can determine if the treatment actually helps control cancer.
