New scan may predict who benefits from CAR T-Cell therapy for lymphoma

Summary
This study tests a new type of PET scan that looks for a protein called PD-L1 in people with large B-cell lymphoma before they receive CAR T-cell therapy. The goal is to see if the scan can help predict who will respond to treatment and tell the difference between active lymphoma and inflammation after therapy. Twenty participants will receive the scan and be followed to see how their tumors respond.
