New scan aims to predict cancer treatment success

NCT ID NCT05404048

Summary

This study is testing a new type of PET/CT scan that uses a special tracer to look at a protein called PD-L1 in the body. Researchers want to see if this scan can help predict which patients with large B-cell lymphoma will respond well to CAR-T cell therapy. The study also aims to help doctors tell the difference between active cancer and harmless inflammation after treatment using imaging.
