New combo therapy may help more patients with advanced bile duct cancer get liver transplants

Summary

This study tests whether giving a PD-L1 antibody plus chemoradiotherapy before a liver transplant can help patients with advanced bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 25 adults aged 18-70 will receive this combination therapy. The main goal is to see how many patients can then successfully receive a liver transplant.
