First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study is for people whose nasopharyngeal cancer has returned after initial treatment and cannot be removed by surgery. It compares two approaches: giving radiation right after a combination of immunotherapy and chemotherapy, versus waiting to see if more radiation is needed later. The goal is to see which sequence helps people live longer without the cancer growing back.
