First seen Feb 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 antibody) to standard chemotherapy (GEMOX) after surgery can help prevent bile duct cancer from coming back in patients whose cancer had spread to nearby lymph nodes. The trial enrolls 62 adults aged 18-75 with good performance status and liver function. The main goal is to see how many patients remain cancer-free 12 months after treatment.
