First seen Apr 25, 2026 ยท Last updated Apr 25, 2026

Summary

This study tested whether adding an experimental antibody (CT-011) and a personalized cancer vaccine to standard stem cell transplant is safe and helps prevent multiple myeloma from coming back. 35 adults with multiple myeloma received the combination after transplant. The goal was to see if the treatment boosts the immune system to fight remaining cancer cells, potentially delaying relapse.
