Summary

This study checks how well the PCV20 vaccine prevents pneumonia and other lung infections in adults 18 and older who are at higher risk. Researchers will look at health records from over 800,000 people at Kaiser Permanente Southern California, comparing those who got the vaccine to those who did not. The goal is to see if the vaccine reduces pneumonia cases over a three-year period.
