Summary
This study aims to understand how weight loss and diet affect hormone levels and insulin resistance in women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). It will follow 425 women, comparing different weight loss amounts and testing a personalized diet plan against a standard one to see which better improves key health markers. The goal is to learn how to best manage PCOS symptoms through lifestyle changes.
