New hope for PCOS infertility: ultrasound procedure aims to restore ovulation

Summary
This study is testing a new medical device called the May Health System. It uses a special ultrasound probe to apply gentle energy to the ovaries of women with PCOS who have not gotten pregnant with standard fertility medications. The goal is to see if this one-time, minimally invasive procedure can safely help restart regular ovulation and improve their chances of pregnancy.
