Fertility boost? new PCOS study tests drug combo for better pregnancy chances
NCT ID NCT07379502
Summary
This study aims to help women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) who are trying to get pregnant. It will compare two medication approaches to see which one better prepares the lining of the womb for a potential pregnancy. Researchers will test a standard fertility drug (letrozole) alone against the same drug combined with an estrogen supplement (estradiol valerate). The goal is to find the best way to improve the womb's environment to support a healthy pregnancy.
