Summary
This study looks at women with PCOS to see if some have a genetic condition called lipodystrophy that causes severe insulin resistance. Researchers will compare insulin and blood sugar levels between women with known genetic lipodystrophy and those with PCOS. The goal is to improve diagnosis and help tailor treatment for these women.
