Summary
This study aims to improve how doctors diagnose primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD), a rare lung condition. Researchers are testing a simple, non-invasive method that measures nitric oxide levels in the nose. About 50 children and adults with certain symptoms will take part to see if this test works as well as current methods like genetic testing or tissue biopsy.
