New program aims to boost mental health in prostate cancer survivors

Summary
This study tests a program called PC-PEP in 400 men who have had prostate cancer. The program teaches healthy habits and coping skills to reduce stress, improve fitness, and lessen side effects like incontinence and sexual problems. Participants will complete online surveys to track their mental health and quality of life over time.
