New hope for controlling debilitating frequent urination
NCT ID NCT05190744
Summary
This study tested whether a medication called PB could help reduce excessive urine production in adults with certain kidney conditions. It included 36 adults who produce very large amounts of urine daily due to inherited conditions, polycystic kidney disease treatment, or previous lithium use. Researchers measured whether PB could make urine more concentrated and reduce daily urine volume to improve quality of life.
