Summary
This study tested a drug called pazopanib in 72 adults with progressive desmoid tumors, which are benign but can be aggressive and hard to treat. The goal was to see if the drug could stop the tumors from growing and help patients maintain their quality of life. The main measure was how many patients were alive and without tumor growth after 6 months.
