Summary
This study tested a pill called pazopanib in 72 people with desmoid tumors that were growing. Desmoid tumors are non-cancerous but can be aggressive and hard to treat. The goal was to see if pazopanib could stop the tumors from growing and help patients avoid surgery. Results focused on how many patients were alive and tumor-free at 6 months.
