Summary
This study aimed to understand the experiences of older patients with chronic health conditions when they do not have a regular, consistent family doctor. Researchers interviewed 26 patients in Granada, Spain, who had recently gone without their usual doctor for several months. The goal was to learn how this lack of continuity affects their care and their relationship with the healthcare system.
