New custom implants aim to simplify jaw cyst treatment
NCT ID NCT06688851
First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether custom-made implants can help treat odontogenic cysts (fluid-filled sacs in the jaw) by decompressing them. About 20 patients with cysts near important jaw structures will receive the implant, which is anchored with small screws. The goal is to see if the cysts heal without major complications or recurrence.
