Summary
This study looks at how satisfied cancer patients are after a special team assessment in a day hospital. About 309 adults with cancer will fill out a questionnaire after meeting with a pharmacist, dietitian, psychologist, social worker, and other care providers. The goal is to find out what works well and what can be improved in cancer care.
