Summary
This study is testing whether a special educational program changes how nursing leaders and educators think about patient safety culture in hospitals. It involves 102 nursing directors, supervisors, and educators in Saudi Arabia who complete surveys before and three months after the training. The goal is to see if the education leads to lasting improvements in how safety is perceived and prioritized.
