First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests whether a short planning exercise can help healthcare professionals raise and respond to patient safety concerns. About 1,000 healthcare workers will complete online surveys and be randomly assigned to either do the planning exercise or not. Researchers will check at 1 and 6 months if the exercise helped them speak up more often.
