VA study aims to cut treatment overload for aging veterans
NCT ID NCT04922320
Summary
This study tested a program called Patient Priorities Care for older veterans managing several chronic health conditions. It aimed to see if helping patients identify their most important health goals could reduce the burden of their treatments and make their care more focused on what matters most to them. Researchers compared this approach to the usual care veterans receive.
