Summary

This study tests a short supportive program called Pathways for people with advanced lung cancer. It helps them set and work toward personal goals while managing treatment. Researchers want to see if it improves mood, hope, and quality of life compared to usual care. About 234 adults currently receiving infusion therapy will take part.
