Summary
This study tests three school-based programs to help high school students who are at risk for conduct problems like defiance or rule-breaking. About 120 students will be randomly assigned to a mindfulness program, a mindfulness program with a mobile app, or a life skills program. Researchers will check if these programs are practical and helpful by surveying students, parents, and teachers before, right after, and three months later.
