Simple blood test could spot hidden cancers early

Summary
This study is testing a blood test that looks for signs of many different cancers at once, before symptoms appear. About 35,000 people aged 50 and older will take the test and be followed for three years. The goal is to see how well the test works and whether it leads to unnecessary procedures or anxiety.
