First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study is testing whether having a personal 'navigator' during pregnancy can improve health for low-income mothers and their babies. The navigator helps with things like getting to appointments and finding resources. The study will compare 600 pregnant women who get a navigator to those who get usual care to see if it reduces serious health problems.
