Summary
This study tests whether involving a romantic partner in PTSD therapy helps veterans function better in daily life. About 420 post-9/11 veterans with PTSD and their partners will take part. The treatment, called Partnered PE, adds partner support to standard exposure therapy to improve relationships, work, and self-care.
