Nerve snip during wrist surgery may stop chronic pain

Summary
This study looks at whether cutting specific nerves in the wrist during surgery for a severe, shattered wrist bone can lower the chance of long-term pain. About 56 adults with these complex fractures will have the extra nerve procedure. The goal is to improve pain and function, measured by a standard wrist score.
