Summary
This study compares partial knee replacement (UKA) to total knee replacement (TKA) in 102 adults with medial knee osteoarthritis. The goal is to see which surgery leads to better pain relief, knee function, and quality of life. Participants will be randomly assigned to one procedure and followed for at least two years to track outcomes and complications.
