Summary

This study follows 40 adolescents and young adults (ages 12-30) with pars stress fractures in the lower back. Participants get multiple MRI scans over a year to see how the bone heals. The goal is to learn if MRI can show when the fracture has fully bridged, helping doctors decide when it's safe to return to sports.
