Researchers track how elderly patients handle ovarian cancer drugs

Summary
This study aims to understand how patients aged 70 and older with advanced ovarian cancer tolerate PARP inhibitor medications in real-world settings. Researchers will follow 50 patients starting these drugs for the first time, tracking how much medication they can actually take versus what was planned. The goal is to identify factors that affect treatment tolerance and help doctors make better decisions about continuing or adjusting these medications for elderly patients.
